koreamedicalprices.com publishes, in English, prices that Korean medical institutions are legally required to disclose for treatment not covered by national health insurance. The underlying data is published as open data by the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service.

The site is an independent information publication. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government body, hospital, clinic, or medical association.

The site provides price information only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations, and must not be used as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We take care in compiling the data but make no warranty that it is accurate, current, or complete.

Prices are reproduced from a periodic public disclosure and may not reflect what a provider charges at the time you read them. The provider’s own quotation is authoritative in every case.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

Institutions appear on this site because they published a price, not because we selected or vetted them. Their inclusion, and the order in which they appear, is not a recommendation, ranking, or assessment of quality, safety, or suitability.

The underlying price data is a Korean public work published by the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service under 공공누리 제1유형 (KOGL Type 1), which permits commercial use and adaptation subject to attribution. It is not claimed as ours, and it is credited on the methodology page.

The compilation, the English procedure names and descriptions, the editorial guides, and the design and code of this site are our work and are protected by copyright. You may quote or cite them with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce the site or its compiled dataset wholesale, or present it as your own.

Automated bulk extraction that places unreasonable load on the site is not permitted. The underlying data is freely available from its original source, which is the appropriate route for anyone wanting it in bulk.

The site links to hospital websites so you can verify a price at its source. Those sites are operated independently and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

The site may display third-party advertising. Advertisements are served by external networks and are not endorsements.
